FS MA: 2004 SSM Acura TL 5AT New price $14,400

Flirting around with the idea of trimming up some assets and putting money elsewhere. This would mean the sale of my 2004 Acura TL - located outside of Boston.
Backstory:
This was a lease customer who drove from Worcester to Hooksett NH everyday and accumulated the mileage that way, all highway. When it hit 90k he gave it to his son, who was caught speeding in it the second night by his dad, so he got rid of it to prove a lesson and I picked it up offering to sell it for him - but ended up keeping it for myself because I was quite fond of it.
While he owned it I detailed it many times and did maintenance for him so I know the car inside and out. All warranty work and service bulletins were addressed. He bought it fully loaded minus Nav which includes the lifetime XM radio that I just resubscribed too.
When I picked it up I did alot of work on the car to make myself happy with it. Lots of reconditioning and detailing. Since the car comes with 105k only scheduled tune-up I got started on it earlier.
Since i've owned it:
-Repaint of front and rear bumpers, along with sideskirts via C&S Autobody (IROKNIROC) Front bumper was removed of holes and its lines to not have a front plate drilled right into it.
-M3 lip spoiler
-Acura A-Spec front lip
-Cleared Headlights with stealth bulbs
-New air filter and OEM NGK plugs
-Seafoam treatment to oil/fuel
-OEM tranny fluid/front diff drain/fill/drain/fill to get out old fluid
-OEM brake fluid flush - same treatment
-4 new N3000 Nexen all season performance tires (6 months old)
-Full 4 wheel alignment
-New Autozone Duralast Gold Battery
-Have two intakes for the car, short ram and cold air.
-Fresh inspection sticker
Pending service of next week to be completed with all OEM parts and to round out any service the car will need for the next 50k is:
-OEM timing belt and water pump $700
-Front brakes $200

-Paint on front and rear bumpers is slightly off in direct sunlight - this is a problem on stock vehicles as well, all TL's and TSX's do the same thing from metal/plastic
The Good:
-Best car on the road rated at 9.8/10 by Consumer reports
-Excellent resale value
-It's a honda, best car to deal with on a daily basis - hands free
-Built outside of the 01-03 transmission problems
-Turnkey daily driver
-Absolutely 0 issues, no electrical gremlins, everythings works perfectly unlike my M3
-23-25MPG Mixed with 270HP
Trade in is 15,800 with none of the service done. $16,500

Price dropped to 16K, clean title, 2 owner, SUPER CLEAN - owned by a detail shop owner and mechanic.
