I hate to sell this great car, but need some extra $'s to close on home with a larger garage. I bought this Kinetic Blue Pearl 2008 Type S from Palm Beach Acura in Sept 2008 as a replacement for my 2006 TL. I had the A-Spec suspension installed about a month after I purchased along with the full A -Spec body kit. This factory suspension option lowers the car approximetly 1 1/2 ". I also had 18" Ron Jon Legend Wheels installed wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport AS tires....still have 70% of the tread left on this tires. The day after I bought the car, a 3M clear bra was installed on 1/3 hood, front bumper, mirrors and rear trunk lip. So, there are NO paint chips on the front of this car..I also had the windows tinted 35% up front and 20% on the rear with Formula One Pinnacle tint.
I would bring this car to my local garage for service and provided Mobil 1 Syn Oil for the oil change. I wouldn't let them rotate the tires...most local garages don't handle wheels well and I feared they would damage the wheels, so I performed that myself.
This baby is super clean...not a door ding anywere. The only damage is from an idiot that backed into me in a parking lot that scraped the passenger side rear bumper. I included a pic of the scrap on the A-Spec rear valance. Body shop quoted me $317 to repaint that part. The rear under spoiler NEW?PIANTED is $247.50 from http://www.acuraoemparts.com. It's hardly noticeable and the primary reason why I haven't replaced it yet.
I haven't replaced the front brake pads yet and noticed this morning while washing the wheels they only have a few thousands miles left on them. I just ordered a new set of Acura OEM Brembo Pads and will have them installed prior to the sale.

No takers? What, is my listing price to high? I thought I priced this in line with current market pricing. I'm certainly open to any offers.

Just be patient. Can easily take a month or longer to sell a car in the $20k+ range in this market.

damn it men..., I just bought 07 asm TL-S last week. if you post this last month I would get it in the heart bit. I loved the car. I lived about hour and half north of you by the Space Center.

Rsoetidjo, I noticed you posted on that other thread that you purchased a Type S here in FL and was thinking mine would have been perfect for you...if only I posted it a few weeks earlier....

Nope, I didn't buy the 2009 C63 brand new....Purchased last year as a CPO with 18k miles. Please no debating and comparison between the TL and the Benz....these are 2 totally different beasts. I can tell you everytime I drive either cars I grin ear to ear.....just a significantly larger grin with the C63; 
Here is the pic of my C63(451 HP) and C55(362 HP)...the C55 is my daily driver now. Great car, but no where close to the power that the C63 puts down....My first set of tires were replaced after 5200 miles.
