7. Are you the first owner? If not, how many owners were there (to the best of your knowledge)? I'm the 2nd owner, bought it from the original owner who purchased at the dealer from his father who was a salesman. This car was 100% dealer maintained with stacks and stacks of service records. I have it all.
8a. Title is clean/clear/rebuilt/salvage/if other, explain further (select one): Clean title, in hand.
8b. Do you have title in hand or it is being held by a lienholder: Title in hand ready to transfer.
9. VIN (would be nice to have but I can understand that some people do not want to publicly post this): Will share privately with interested party. I have a carfax report I pulled a couple months ago as well.

replaced rear sway bar end endlinks with MOOG
rebuilt PS pump and replaced all o-rings and ps pump reservoir
GMSFM transmission fluid
brand new OEM carpet mats

11. Service record: Have what previous owner gave me plus what I have done. As mentioned, its 100% dealer maintained until my ownership at around 100k miles. Everything has been done including but not limited to the timing belt kit, oil pump reseal (common TL-S issue, all done at 93k miles), as well as the clutch and 3rd gear synchros (60k miles). There is too much maintenance to list. I've compiled an excel sheet of my costs and maintenance that I can send to any buyers.

This car is my pride and joy, not to mention my 3rd 3G TL. I sold my last one about a year and a half ago and regretted it ever since. It was the same 6MT Type-S. I finally found this one earlier this year and snatched it up. I've put a lot of care into maintaining it and was planning on keeping it forever. Everything I've done on the car has been with top quality parts and I didn't even trust anyone else to work on it. After working on so many 3G TL's I've been the only one to do any labor work on this car since I've had it. There are tons of pics and information in my progress thread. The car runs and drives perfectly, I can't think of a single issue with it.

I'm truly sad to list it for sale but I'm faced with some unforeseen circumstances and could use the money. Life happens. That being said, I will give myself until the end of February to sell it and if its not sold, I will keep it. By no means am I desperate to sell, it just would make things a little easier for me right now. I may be open to partially parting it out of the buyer would like a lower price.
