Vehicle is a Certified Pre-owned (CPO). Previous owner (second owner) bought it as a CPO from an acura dealer. He told me it was driven by a regional acura rep for about 5,000 miles. He purchased it as a CPO from an acura dealer and owned it until about 15,000 miles and sold it to me when he was relocated and given a company car. I have only had it since December of last year (see below for reason to part with it). I believe the CPO warranty transfers. It extends the warranty to 5 years and 62k miles and powertrain warranty to 7 years 100k miles.

I love the car! Just got it in December. It takes a little while to get the hang of the TL's clutch timing, but once you do, it's a blast to drive... Sadly, I have a bulging disc in my back that has gotten worse and is causing a lot of back pain and sciatic nerve pain in my left leg. I am not ready for surgery, but need to avoid activities that bother it, and driving a manual is one of them... I can't justify keeping such a nice/expensive car and not driving it very often (I have an older MDX, an AT and much easier to get in and out of).

Sorry to hear about your injuries, if you want to avoid surgery and have already tried physical therapy you might want to consider either VAX-D treatment and/orcortisone injections. I recommend VAX-D over the injections because the injections may have negative side effects.

Thanks HeartTLs. I don't mean to get off topic on my own FS post, but I wanted to say this for others to see... I had an injection prior to buying the car in December. It worked, I bought the car, now it has gotten worse. I have done traction and inversion table but still bothering me.

I realize 3 owners in 2 years looks like a lot, but as I said, I believe the first owner was an acura rep and second guy was given a company car and he had a lien on it so it didn't make sense for him to pay several hundred/month for an extra car.
