Up for sale is my meticulously maintained A-Spec TL Type-S.

First and foremost, Yes it it manual, Yes it is clean title, and No it's never been in any accidents.

At 100k it received a new timing belt, water pump, tensioner pulley, idle pulley, spark plugs, cabin filter and a new clutch. Valve adjustment was also performed. The slave cylinder and master cylinder are both new. This was done by the previous owner.

Only modifications to improve reliability and drivability to the car were performed, and the motor was left as stock aside from intake pnp runners and exhaust. OEM exhaust has been re-installed.

CONS:

• Transmission fork is making noise (But i was assured by my mechanic for over 15 years that there is 0 problem driving the car as is.
• The passenger airbag light is on (randomly turned on one day) This has been fixed.. simple plug was not fully connected.
• Ripped leather on passenger seat (common)
• Minor front lip paint scratched
