12. Service records - The oil has been changed every 3-4k miles at McGrath Acura in Westmont. I also have records of timely maintenance done by the previous owners.
I replaced the front brake pads last summer. The car currently rides on brand new winter tires and custom rims which will not be sold with the car, unless you want them and pay $800 more for that. The car will be sold with original type-s rims wrapped in Michelin tires.
