anything I've touched has been coated with antiseize and cleaned up. I scrubbed the car's undercarriage. The car is very clean.
Negatives:
steering rack is leaking on the driver side boot. Since February I have only seen the fluid go below the high mark once and I topped it off.
I noticed a weeping of oil on the side of the pan stemming from the vtec solenoid and oil filter area so I changed all of those seals and I haven't noticed any more weeping in the area. Previous Acura pre-purchase inspection noted an oil pump seal leak, but I have a feeling it was misdiagnosed.
new starter bendix gear makes a loud whirring noise when starting the car as it needs to be "broken in" so the gear mates to the shape of the lightweight flywheel, nothing wrong there, just quirky. I have the original starter too which I can include just in case.
ijdmtoy led drl stopped working so it's there if you want to troubleshoot, and relatively new. In the meantime I have put the oem bulbs back in for DRL. Driver side low beam sometimes flickers (rarely), as a precaution I bought a secondhand ballast that I'll include in the sale.
I reserve the right to part out and adjust pricing as necessary, I wanted to give it a week or two as a package deal for someone that's looking for this particular car (trust me, I added up what it would cost someone to buy everything I'm including and it's a pretty substantial number...you forget, over the years, how much you spend on a car and the fact that I'm going to a different platform and can't reuse anything makes it so I can't hoard, sadly.) Someone will get a killer deal here, or I'll begin to part out (technically, wheels, uncald4 and flashpro are already sold if I do part). I would much prefer this get sold to someone that appreciates the car and loves the car as I have. Please PM me for my number and I can text you pictures or answer any questions. good luck man, someone is getting a silly deal. Your right, we dont realize how much we actually spend over the years on mods and maintenance until we add it all up and say hory sheeeeiiit, I coulda had a vagon FFS

I'm getting cold feet cause although I always think, I can get another TL at some point down the line...if I'm selling off the platform and all the stuff done to it, it'll cost me a LOT of money to get it back to where this one is at currently.

Lease it to someone you trust....someone who needs a nice car. let them pay you a low monthly payment but on the condition in 3 years you can get it back or they can buy it outright....might work?!?!

yea man thats why i dont think id ever sell my TL, sure its just a base 5AT but the sheer amount of money I've put into it to make it mine and unique far exceeds what its worth to someone else

Looks like you've taken very good care of her. Wish you lived closer I would pick that baby up next week! 
How does the exhaust note sound? What percent tints all around? Is the windshield tinted?(yes, NY laws are goofy)
