Selling a Nighthawk Black Pearl 2006 Acura TL with 172,xxx miles, 6 speed manual transmission, Limited slip differential, and Brembo brakes. I have owned this car for about 4-1/2 years and its been perfect for me. Its not one broken down or left me stranded. I'm only selling to get something a little larger and with an automatic transmission that might wife can drive. The car is a joy to own, drive, and is absolutely beautiful.

The good:
- Car is fast, clean, well maintained, and 100% reliable.
- Rare 6 speed manual transmission and large brembo front brakes make it a great performer and fun to drive.
- Car is completely stock and has never been modified, raced, or abused.
- Engine and drivetrain are rock solid and perform flawlessly.
- Transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. Clutch is strong.
- Interior is in 8.5/10 condition while exterior is in 7.5/10 condition.
- Stock stereo sounds great and comes with a 6-disk changer.

The not-as-good:
- The stock navigation system no longer works.
- There is a small 3" tear in the driver's seat
- Rear bumper has some paint cracking from being bumped at low speeds.
- Wheels have minor rash from previous owner.
- Car was hit in the front left corner 3 years ago. It was professional repaired to like-new condition and looks/drives great.

Miscellaneous notes:
- Recent oil change (80% life), coolant flush, and brake fluid flush
- Brand new windshield
- Brakes have plenty of life
- Tires are good for now, but will probably need replacing within a year (35% life)
- Windows are tinted dark (around 20%)
- Comes with two sets of keys and current emissions
