This is an excellent example of a 3g TL A-Spec. This was my wife's daily driver since April 2005 when we picked up the car from the dealership. It was a special order to get the gray leather interior, WDP paint and 6 speed with navigation. Most WDP cars are tan leather that I have seen, and we loved the gray on white look. I ordered the full A-Spec package from a dealership in New York and installed with 500 miles on the car (local dealership wanted an insane amount for it). As a result, I have the stock suspension with 500 miles on it in a box, spare stock side skirts, stock steering wheel, and stock 17 wheels with tires that will come with the car.
The second set of wheels has been used for winter with an all season tire. These tires have a lot of tread left. The summer wheels are the A-Spec 18's. I have 255/35/18 Bridgestones RE760 Sports mounted, which really fill out the wheel and give as much protection to the wheel as possible. As you will see in the pictures, they only have a few minor scrapes from road debris and mounting scratches over the years.
The intake was put on the car so we could actually hear the motor. I like to shift by sound vs. stare at a tach. It currently has an AEM dryflow filter. I was not a fan of oiling a filter, so I updated to the latest AEM technology.
The headlights were separated, painted black other than the reflective surfaces, and the ambers tinted within the first year of ownership. I have never had an issue with fogging. They are sealed tight. The tail lights and red side markers were tinted with VHT night shades. They are not dark, and most probably would not notice the tint unless it was next to a stock car. It just looks better without being in your face dark. This also means inspection stations and cops have never had an issue with them.
Other than the typical maintenance (I followed all recommended intervals including timing belt), I have replaced bushings in the front lower control arms at 134,610. Trans fluid was last done at 130,183. Front brakes at 149,000 and rear brakes at 156,076. The car runs great and drives smooth.
As one would expect for an 11 year old car, it does have some nicks and bumps. The front bumper and driver side fender were repainted after a small accident in the winter of 2010. This will show on a car fax if you pull it and is the only damage ever done to the car. No frame damage. It was a low speed bump due to ice. There is no rust on the car, and only a few marks on the trim pieces on the doors from friendly doors saying hi in parking lots. The car has been garage kept its entire life.
I honestly hate to sell the car, but it makes no sense to keep since we found my wife a new daily. Please PM or email at theshoe62 "at" yahoo dot com with any questions or to setup an inspection.
Thanks,
Aaron

Also, I just took it through DE annual inspection. Passed with no issues.

It's a mass exodus of TL's!
Good luck with the sale, sir...great great example of a well kept car. Don't budge too hard on that price...all these crack addicted sellers dropping the damned resale value to lower than a 10 year old corolla are hurting my heart.

I forgot to add in the original post... I also have the stock airbox if a buyer prefers that over the cai. Can install once a deal is made.

Its a shame our paths didn't cross sooner, 6 months ago I probably would have flown out for this one! I do love my 2008, although it is an AT.
GLWS from Seattle. Bump for a beautiful car; with preventative maintenance I am positive that the next owner can get another 150K out of it.

Revising the listing a bit. Car and extra wheels for $8900 obo. The rest of the parts can be negotiated in, if they are not sold before the car.
