7) are you the 1st owner- no 2nd. This was a 1 owner lease return that I bought at a local honda dealer. They purchased it at a Honda Finance Corp auction.

11)service records- all done to factory specs..previous owner wrote in maint manual every time they got oil changed! Reg oil changes were every 5-6000 miles. Brakes just done at 54K, including all fluids trans,diffs, and transfer. Air filter and pollen fliter also. I just put new Toyo Versado LX all season tires 50 miles ago.

This is a nice one, that I hate to sell it, but my job situation requires it. It is a non-smoker car and the exterior and interior are very clean. I just put in new oem all season mats and oem trunk mat. Replaced 2nd keyless fob, which was missing. It is resting comfortably in my garage waiting for it's new owner. I forgot to mention..carpet mats also included. And just had it down to my local Acura dealer for a check over.. One more thing....these Toyo Versado LX tires are super smooth. They build a great tire! ..nice look to them also.

 

TOYO VERSADO LX Tires were just installed at 62,060...current mileage is 62,133=73 miles on them! They were $809 mounted & balanced.
