Decided to sell my nighthawk black pearl 2004 Acura TL. I've always owned a truck so I sold my Tacoma and decided I wanted to get a luxury sedan to commute to and from class. After a lot of research, I decided to get a 6 speed Acura TL. I finally found this black beauty in Louisville after months of searching for the right one and picked it up over the summer. I recently decided to sell and get back into a 4x4 truck.

Pros:

Clean carfax, no accidents!
Clean title in hand. No liens, not salvage, not rebuilt.
Fun to drive
122k miles!

Great gas mileage (32-33 highway, 25-28 in town)
Non smoker
New rear rotors/pads
New clutch master cylinder/clutch fluid
Hitch for a bike rack
Recent alignment/balance
Recent oil change

Cons:

Body has dings/scrapes
Rims are scuffed
Driver side rear tire leaks
Paint on the hood has tiny nics all over
Rip in drivers seat
One of the rear rims is bent and wobbles a little bit around 50 mph.
Power steering has a leak and makes a little bit of noise while turning
Haven't done the 105k service.

The only trades I'm interested in are a nice newer (98+) 6 cylinder Jeep or Toyota Tacoma 4x4 (2001+). Preferably low miles, 5 speed, TRD would be a plus too.

Cash is king! I know how hard manual TLs are to find... I searched for a long time before I found this one. I understand it is not in perfect condition so I can negotiate on the price.
