10. Modifications: Aspec kit, Tokico Shocks with Tein S Springs, Tented windows.
11. Service record: All service done by local Acura Dealer
12. If leased, provide details, such as length of lease, payoff amount, etc.

The car has an Aspec kit all the way around.
It also has Tokico shocks with Tein s spring, Tented windows professionally installed.
Car also has all season floor mats including the all season truck mat & trunk cargo net.
The black leather interior is in excellent condition. Includes, Dual Heated Seating, Sunroof, Dual Climate Control, Blue tooth and 6 CD changer.

All regular maintenance has been performed.
Recent transmission flush in the past 4k miles.
The oil has been changed every 3k miles at Acura Dealer.
The brake pads where replaced last summer.
The car currently has brand new winter tires.

I have the car on CL and I have gotten some good offers. I am just waiting for the first person to show up with the Cash. Car should be sold soon. I plan on lowering the price to $13,000.
