Modifications: Generic CAI with K&N, OBX Header, Teing S green Springs, Tokico Blue struts, replaced all front end joints with Ebay kit, Under Drive pulley, 65k JDM motor, AV6 swap from 2005 Odyssey Van Transmission, replaced ABS computer, new front rotors and pads, pads in rear also at same time

For Acurazine folks - I will give you all my spares - stock motor j32A 245k miles with blown head gaskets, org tranny 185 miles slipping 3rd and 4th gear , 03 CLS tail lights, old seat with ripped leather but working motors and heat, Near new interior door panel, near new drivers seat back panel, extra drivers side healight with ballast that works, stock springs and struts, JDM coil cover and more small stuff.
I am open to offers of taking all the aftermarket stuff off and selling it at a lower price - this might happen if I get a good offer on all the spare parts

This is a quick fast car! I have to bug to build another car so this one goes. It runs fantastic and gets 24-27mpg. Don't let the miles scare you off -- motor, tranny and suspension has all been replaced.
Everything has been done in the last 4 months --
65k JDM motor dropped in 4 months ago -- Timing belt replaced along with Water pump and all hoses, new NGK iridium ix plugs, idler pulley. Oil changed with filter. New Denso O2 sensor, replaced IAC with a known good one, cleaned out EGR passages, cleaned throttle body,
OBX headers -- 25hp, CAI 5hp and under drive pulley another 10 hp.
New Fuel pump, screen and fuel pump relay
New front rotors and pads -- replaced brake fluid when I replaced the ABS module
Transmission replaced with a 2005 Odyssey transmission -- junkyard said A quality -- shifts fantastic with Redline fluid, Magnifine Transmission fluid filter and a Transmission cooler
Drivers side axle new
New upper control arms, new lower ball joints, lower control arm bushings, inner and out tie rods, sway bar links -- full alignment done by shop.
235/47/17 tires -- sticks like glue
Tokkio blue shocks with Tein S Green springs -- dropped it 1.5 inches and rides smooth
