Ron - Bit confused...it does have a clear title as I listed and it does have a leinholder (like a vin number don't want to disclose this information). Figured a simple answer work work.

I was confused too because I just looked at the replies and it looked like the heading for those questions. Which it clearly is not, so all is good.
