Still for sale? With that mileage, do you recommend any work done to it? I have a 2007 Acoord 6speed and came here check out parts. It should work on my accord.

These things are pretty bulletproof, never heard of them needing to be serviced at all.

With your trans apart, I'd recommend getting some fresh bearings so that everything is fresh.
