- Purchased from the dealer (Lindsay Acura) on October 4, 2017 with 86,XXX miles on it
- Rare and hard to find A Spec body kit (Type S A Spec, not base A Spec) professionally installed with no sag (many people with this kit have some sag in the rear due to improper installation).
- Roof spoiler
- Window tint
- NO cracks in the dash, I have used a sun visor since I have owned the car. The car lives in the garage when I am not driving it. When I am out and about, I use a sun visor. Even if I am going into the store for 1 minute I would put the visor up (in case something happened and I was gone longer than expected.
- NO rips in the leather
- NO smoking in the car. I have never smoked and neither did the 2 previous owners.
- Garage kept and meticulously owned
- Washed weekly (brushless washes only!), even during winter!
- If you're an enthusiast, this is the car for you. I am what you would call a psycho' when it comes to taking care of my car.

- Enkei TSV wheels (18X8.5, 38 offset) and brand new Michelin Pilot Sport AS/3 PLUS (235 /40 R18 95Y XL BSW). The rear right wheel has slight curb rash but only noticeable if you go up to it. You can easily just buy 1 of these wheels, and use this as a spare!
If you do not want these, no worries;
Original wheel replicas from thewheelership.com and good tires (Extreme Contact DWS 06 (235 /45 R17 94W SL BSW). These are exact replicas that look and drive great.
"Problems"
- small bit of rust on rear quarter panel (will post pix)
- 1 of the 2 keys is a little loose, the switchblade doesn't fully shut (will post pix)
- front side markers are flickering and need replaced

I bought an 08 Type S with a little bit lower miles and in black, because I have always wanted a black car.

No, 3rd owner. None of us have smoked in the car or had an accident. The original owners were an old couple who barely drove it (25k miles). The 2nd owner was a personal friend, who sold it to the dealer before I could buy it off of him (he drove it from 25k – 86k), and he drives like a grandma (he now has an MDX, which fits him way better). I drove it from 86k – 137k. I have put so much love and extra life into this car.
3a. TITLE: Is it clean, clear,rebuilt, or salvage? If other, please explain.
Title is clean.
3b. Do you have title in hand or it is being held by a lienholder?
Title with bank, can pick it up any day.

No lease.
6. TIMING BELT: If your car has a timing belt, and it is near or over 105,000 miles, or has lesser miles but is 8 years old or older, post if and/or when the timing belt was changed, and the mileage, and also if the water pump and tensioner were replaced.
105k service done about 2 years ago. Only 32k driven since service.

The A Spec kit alone, and painted is worth about 2K. You’re telling me this car won’t go for 13k to the right buyer / maybe some wiggle room?

Edit: I also just spent a couple thousand on new axles, struts, and brakes…. Which…….. if you read the post you would have processed that info. That stuff isn’t free my guy.

You are excited because you've seen bring a trailer auctions bringing crazy prices.
The manual transmission is a large part of that. This is my favorite color though.
Calm down, a reaction like that in addition to your asking price will be a huge turnoff to any prospective buyers.
@MyGuti was actually very nice in the way he worded that.
With that said, there's an ass for every seat. You're entitled to ask what you want and everyone else is entitled
to have an opinion on it. Be grateful you got some extra foot traffic. I love CBP and that's a clean car but I am
relieved that it's an auto and overpriced so I don't have to waste another moment of my thought on it. To the right
person though, if that's specifically what they wanted...this would be a gem. Aspec is ridiculous...I can't believe
what people are willing to pay for that...oem axles and all the maintenance though...that's the way to go. Extra kudos
for actually following the rules and posting all the information.
