Hey, Gotta sell my baby because we had a baby and we need an SUV or a mini van lol. This was Acura's top of the line sedan. Every feature you could want. It has the A-Spec rims and Continental tires. The ones it didn't come with I've added, like a backup camera, a dash camera, and Bluetooth connectivity.
This car has been immaculately maintained, and has had almost everything under the hood replaced. Seriously, top end rebuilt 2021, virtually all sensors and emissions sensors replaced, transmission rebuilt in 2020, full suspension replaced 2022, brakes upgraded 2022, all accessories (starter, power steering, alternator, AC system replaced, too much else to list.
I have a detailed spreadsheet with most of the repairs/replacement parts installed. I can email to you to review.
I have put a lot of time and money into this car to get it as mechanically sound as possible. I wasn't planning on selling it ANYTIME SOON. I'd hop in this car and confidently drive from LA to New York and back and she'd just need gas.

1. Reason for selling.
2. Are you the first owner? If not, how many owners were there (to the best of your knowledge)?
3a. TITLE: Is it clean, clear,rebuilt, or salvage? If other, please explain.
3b. Do you have title in hand or it is being held by a lien holder?
4. Pictures: Just a reminder to be sure to post interior and exterior pictures showing both sides of the car and front and rear if not already done.
5. If leased, provide details, such as length of lease, payoff amount, etc.
6. TIMING BELT: If your car has a timing belt, and it is near or over 105,000 miles, or has lesser miles but is 8 years old or older, post if and/or when the timing belt was changed, and the mileage, and also if the water pump and tensioner were replaced.
