Please post a full size picture of each wheel, large enough to see the actual condition of the entire wheel.
If tires are included, also post pictures of tires showing tread depth and condition.

I have the 08 TL with the stock rims with good tread front are just 3 months old. I would be willing to trade for the Type-S wheels.
