I am the second owner, I purchased this car from Acura of Modesto certified with about 19k miles on it.

6. TIMING BELT:
Needs to be performed at 105k

I am selling my 2013 Acura TL 6MT Black exterior and interior. It currently has 101xxx miles and is still my daily driver so it will slowly climb until the car sells (or doesn't). Pink slip in hand, the timing belt service has NOT been performed, please take that into consideration when considering this car. Mechanically everything is great, I've done most of the maintenance myself. I've always changed the oil on time using Pennzoil Ultra Platinum Synthetic, transmission using ACDelco 10-4014 fulid, transfer case fluid using Mobil 1 75w-90 gear oil and the rear differential using Acura DPSF fluid.

I also want to note, I am not a motivated seller. If I can get what I want for this car I will sell, if not I'll just keep it. I love this car, it's a blast to drive with the manual transmission + SH-AWD. I will keep this car another 100k miles if it doesn't sell.
