I have a set of 4 Tein FlexZ lowering fully loaded struts. I bought an 05 TL with them on and I don't like lowering the car so I replaced the whole suspension. The struts are in great shape besides the 2 front are missing most of the studs for the strut bar. I guess the previous owner tried to tighten it down too hard and snapped them off.  You could disassemble the struts and replace those studs. Age and mileage unknown but they don't seem that old.
