1. Reason for selling.

I do not need to sell but after having recently becoming a father I am looking to simplify my life and not have a winter and summer car.

I am the second owner, the car was originally owned by an Acura dealership GM who used it as a demo and then bought it for himself.

6. TIMING BELT: If your car has a timing belt, and it is near or over 105,000 miles, or has lesser miles but is 8 years old or older, post if and/or when the timing belt was changed, and the mileage, and also if the water pump and tensioner were replaced.

OEM timing belt at 112K miles. Replaced all seals, tensioner, water pump and belts

I have owned this car since May 2015. It was purchased with 91,000 miles. The original owner only used it for a summer car and garaged it winters. He also took meticulous care of it.

I have given the car similar treatment over my ownership. I have only driven the car summers and have put on approximately 5,000 miles per year. It has always been garaged overnight and every winter. It has only seen snow rarely when my truck was in need of repair. There are no dash cracks. The passenger seat still looks great but the driver's seat has typical ripped thigh area. I have a full auto custom leathers black leather interior I will include for a full price offer.

The car sounds and drives great. I would not hesitate to drive it cross country tomorrow.
