I have a brand new, never installed rear motor mount for 3rd gen TL's. I bought it from AcuraPartsWarehouse & paid $177.60, shipped. But. Its the wrong part. This is 50810-SEP-A04, which is for automatic transmissions, I need a 50810-SEP-A12 which is for my 6-speed manual. I wasn't aware of the difference at the time of purchase and now they're refusing to take it back or exchange it for the correct part.

I must say this is a vendor I'm none to happy with & cannot recommend [[url]https://www.acurapartswarehouse.com]. Long/short of the story is - they have a 15-day return policy & I processed my exchange around 30 days after purchase. I rec'd the part just about the time covidmania took over the nation. Our governor shut down business in our state + with all the other craziness going on it took this long to get a shop willing & able to do the job. I informed AcuraPartsWarehouse that I don't want a refund just a replacement and that I'll gladly pay shipping to return this one + on the new/correct one. They wouldn't budge. Sucky way to treat customers period, let alone during a time of national crisis like this.

So now I'm stuck with it. $177.60 paid, all I've ever done is take it out of the box.
