2010 Acura RL with Technology Package in black/black. Exterior and interior are in excellent condition. I am the second owner and bought the car as a CPO 7 years ago. It is our road trip car and not a daily driver living in the garage. Selling to make room for a new car. Clear title in hand with no issues.
I bought the RL because I like the styling and the technology Acura built in this model. It is rare to see another one on the road. The car is up to date on all service which is performed at the dealer. It has new brakes, new Michelin Pilot Sport AS/4's with less than 3k miles.
To improve the handling, I upgraded the suspension to Tein Flex. The new struts transformed the performance of the car tightening up the responsiveness and eliminating the float. The car corners flat bringing out the best in the SH-AWD. I'd recommend the upgrade to Tein for all Acura models.
I added an RV6 downpipe and their high flow cats to help with engine breathing. Also found a rare Mugen cat back dual exhaust that sounds fantastic and further improved the throttle response. Nice rumble at idle and zero drone or cabin noise at speed. The car is set up how Acura should have offered it in an A-Spec version to take advantage of the car's underlying performance.

Questions, since I'm not as familiar with this RL model:
-> "New brakes" = pads & rotors?
-> How many miles were on the car when you bought it 7 yrs ago?
-> What is the next maintenance interval?
-> This model does not have the 6-speed auto transmission correct? Is the 5-speed robust? How often did you change the fluid?
-> Oil consumption for the 3.7L? I read somewhere that Acura was replacing anyone's 3.7L up until Sept 2019...

I'll send another PM and will answer your question here as well:
- Brake pads are new and the rotors recut. This was my vacation car with mostly highway miles. I have a Ridgeline as my daily driver.
- Mileage under 25k when I bought it. It was a CPO car
- All service is up to date
- Trans Fluid changed last fall
- This is the 5 speed trans and never a problem with the unit
- I change the oil every 3k and it is never low
