I am considering selling my 2010 TL SH-AWD 6MT.

1. Reason for selling
Thinking of buying a used MDX for the Family Car.

2. Are you the first owner? If not, how many owners were there (to the best of your knowledge)
I am the second owner; I purchased the car in 2013 from Crown Acura in Clearwater Beach Florida.
The car had about 12000 miles on it at the time. The front bumper had been "sprayed" to fix a scrape from the original owner's garage door. I thought, "how could this happen", and then I did the same damn thing to the rear bumper 3 years later. Argh!

3a. TITLE: Is it clean, clear,rebuilt, or salvage? If other, please explain.
Title in hand. It is clean, no accidents, non-smoker. There is a scrape on the rear bumper where the garage door brace scraped it. Doh! :-(

3b. Do you have title in hand or it is being held by a lienholder?

4. Pictures: Just a reminder to be sure to post interior and exterior pictures.
I plan on taking better pics, and can email or text those later if needed.

5. If leased, provide details, such as length of lease, payoff amount, etc.
