This is a 2009 Acura TL SH-AWD with the Technology Package and navigation with 109,101 miles. This car is very clean and very well maintained. All maintenance and service was performed at Acura. I am the 2nd owner. Car was NEVER in an accident. The timing belt service was done at 100,000 miles by Acura, so there is no need to worry. 4 Brand new tires were put on the car in July 2018.
