Those are hard to find nowadays. I recently installed a set of XS power headers, which are basically a copy of the Comptech/CT on my '03 6MT and they fit with no issues.

Headers for 03 CLS6
I went with the SR-S Brand for a 98-02 accord v6 and they fit perfect, no issues! But if I was to spend the money again, I would do the XS Power ones!
