Description:
Alas, I'm getting rid of my beloved Blacura after 8 years of faithful
service because I got a newer used car. My loss is your gain. As you can
tell, I'm sentimental about her, so immaculately maintained. Just got an
oil change a few weeks ago. Everything works, nothing needs fixing. I have
every single service record for the last 8 years.
All OEM except:
- I've got upgraded EBC brakes (RedStuff pads & slotted rotors) and Continental tires on it. Fancy-schmancy!
- The Legend caliper upgrade
-The most comfortable bolstered, heated leather seats you'll ever sit in
(with two different memory settings that remembers all your tiny seat and
mirror adjustments for you and a friend)!
-Perfect balance between powerful/sporty and practical/comfortable. Great
value.
-Bose audio.
-Electric sunroof.
-Electric everything.
-The right side mirror tilts down when you throw it in reverse, to make
parallel parking easier -- thoughtful little feature!
-Automatic climate control -- just set the temperature you want.
-Honda's legendary 3.2-liter/260-horsepower/232-ft-lbs-torque SOHC VTEC V-6
J32A2 engine. That alphabet soup means it will run for another 191k miles
with proper maintenance.
-0-60 took just 6.4 seconds when it was new. It's happiest on the highway.
You'll be getting 27-29 miles per gallon and humming along barely clearing
2k rpms at top highway speeds.
-Automatic 5-speed transmission, with a manual mode if you want to do your
own shifting.
-Xenon headlights (the fancy-schmancy, super-bright, blueish ones)
-Vehicle stability assist, traction control, and ABS! (So, even though it's
basically a heavy front-wheel drive muscle car, you can actually throw it
into corners if you want and feel completely safe in the rain/snow/ice!)
-This is the last model year for the CL, so they made small changes and
worked out all the kinks from the previous years. Acura doesn't even make a
coupe anymore, so this is a rare find. Last of its kind.
-191k (mostly highway) miles. I've driven it to Chicago and back a number
of times, so that's why the mileage is so high. But, it's a Honda, so it'll
run forever.
Message me! Looking forward to finding a good home for my Blacura!
