Maryland (Baltimore County): Up for sale is my father's 2008 Acura TL Type S (auto) Original Owner - 100% Stock - No Wrecks - 175k miles 95% highway / country roads in a sleepy one traffic light town. NON SMOKER. He bought the car in his 50's and has not abused it at all. Definitely engaged the vtec on the highway just to pass somebody but that's about it. He's never even used the sport shifter. (My TL seen in pics is the black one w/aspec wheels & suspension). We have taken extremely good car of these cars, and his has been garage kept since he bought it. He also drove his truck a lot in the winters so it's seen minimal salt.

b. Do you have title in hand or it is being held by a lienholder? IN HAND

We detailed, washed, and waxed twice a year before summer and winter of course washing in the interim but the paint is great aside from expected wear after 10+ years of ownership. All maintenance has been performed at the recommended mileage intervals; full synthetic, trans & brake fluids, 93oct etc. until now: timing belt, w/p, tensioner ARE DUE. Brakes and tires still have life. Pics taken last week at 173k miles but it's his daily so going up.

Car is running 100% and starts up like new. But as a car guy, an honest salesman - you will need to replace these items and as such I am listing the car for 9k. I truly believe with the level of care, character of miles, and overall condition warrants a 10k price tag because this dog will definitely be hunting for another 100k+. Motivated to sell (and if you want to buy an 03' dakota 150k miles) he's wanting to sell both so he can buy a new king cab truck this winter.
