The full story:
Up for sale is my 2008 Acura TL. I am the second owner; it has been in my family its entire life. I hope this car can go to an owner who will appreciate it as much as we have. This car has been very well maintained, both inside and out; I constantly get compliments regarding the cleanliness and condition of the car, especially given its age and mileage. It would make a perfect first car, or a perfect daily driver.

This car is priced at $8,500 sold as-is. I am not interested in trades, and I would very much prefer to deal locally (LA/SD area). I am aware that this is above KBB/NADA value, but the market for these cars is quite inflated (with good reason) and this is a fine example of the breed, so I am pricing to match. I am open to all reasonable offers.

Noteworthy features:
-Full service history, including the original window sticker and dealership brochure. Up until 2017, this car was maintained exclusively at Acura dealerships. Since then, I have done all the maintenance on the car.
-Navigation system. Still works perfectly, although maps have not been updated recently. Equipped for real-time traffic updates and SiriusXM.
-Backup camera.
-Tire pressure monitoring system, with individual tire pressure readouts in HUD that I can verify are accurate to +/- 1 PSI.
-Bluetooth phone connection with voice activation. The Bluetooth module was replaced early in car's life, so no more drained batteries (this is a known issue on these cars). Still functions perfectly.
-Front grille surround painted to match body color (previously dark gray plastic). Professionally done 5 years ago.

Noteworthy issues:
-Front lower control arm ball joints appear to be wearing slightly on both sides.
-Slight weeping from power steering pump. First spotted by Acura Thousand Oaks in summer of 2016 (114,000 miles); has been closely monitored since then.

-This car has been rear-ended twice - once at 30,000 miles, and once at 70,000 miles. Both accidents were minor and resulted in purely cosmetic damage, and all repairs were professionally done. All documentation regarding those repairs is included in the service history.
-Light dings and scratches and some touch-up paint, normal for a car of this age.

Maintenance/noteworthy repairs (all maintenance performed at Acura dealerships and with OEM parts, unless otherwise stated):
-Oil/filter change: November 2017 (131,000 miles). Mobil1 Full Synthetic 5W20 with Mobil1 filter. Recommend new oil drain plug on next oil change (included with purchase). Done myself.
-Engine air filter: November 2017 (131,000 miles). Done myself.
-Cabin air filter: November 2017 (131,000 miles); replaced with filter from Amazon. Done myself.
-O2 sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1): November 2017 (131,000 miles). Done myself.
-Alignment: August 2017 (126,000 miles). Performed by Suspension Plus in Miramar.
-Transmission Fluid: December 2016 (120,000 miles)
-Battery: July 2016 (114,000 miles)
-Tires: July 2016 (114,000 miles). Pirelli Cinturato P7 (235/45R17), replaced at America's Tire.
-Timing belt service: January 2015 (100,000 miles) by Acura 101 West. Included timing belt, tensioner, water pump, and serpentine belt.
-Brake pads (all): January 2015 (100,000 miles)
-Spark plugs (all): January 2015 (100,000 miles)
-Coolant: January 2015 (100,000 miles)
-Power steering hose recall: May 2014 (92,000 miles)
