Description:

Transend Torque Converter

Asking: $100/obo + Shipping
You can also pick it up from New Berlin, WI

- Installed in October 2021
- Removed in September 2023
- 6400 miles on the unit
- Drained of as much fluid as I could, the inlet capped and the snout protected with transmission fluid and bagged and taped.
- Ready to be filled and installed

It was installed as part of a transmission rebuild.  The transmission started slipping 4th gear after 2400 miles and then 3rd gear after 5800 miles.  I then replaced the transmission.  The new unit included a new torque converter (required for warranty) so I have this basically new one available for sale.

The transmission it was removed from never had any torque converter issues, never a code for it or any sort of issues outside of 3rd and 4th slipping on that transmission.  Since I knew the B7WA was a problematic unit I did not do anythign more with it and sourced a rebuilt BAYA unit to replace it.

This torque converter is just about new, so I can't see not giving someone a chance to use it.  Especially with as many conversions are happening I am certain somone could make good use of it.

It is compatible with the following transmissions:

B7TA 1999 - 2001
B7VA 1999 - 1999
BYBA 2002 - 2004
B7WA 2001 - 2003
M7WA 2000 - 2000
MGFA 2001 - 2003
MGHA 2001 - 2001
BAYA 2006 - 2007
BVGA 2003 - 2006
BDGA 2004 - 2006
BGRA 2005 - 2006
BGHA 2002 - 2002
BVLA 2006 - 2006
PGRA 2007 - 2008
