I know you say that you "dont know what is going on" with the Paypal chargeback, but the only way your credit card company would initiate a chargeback is if you requested it. You payed me $300 for a perfectly good ASpec suspension, I shipped it in a foam padded box that my new suspension came in so there was no way it was damaged during shipping, you received it and thanked me over email... done deal.
A week or so later I get an email from Paypal saying you disputed the charge and I have a -$300 balance, which is now -$320 because of a $20 fee tacked on... Apparently it takes 30 days for Paypal to review it, then another 75 days for your credit card company to review it. So thanks a lot, now I can't buy or sell ANYTHING using Paypal for 3.5 months. Hopefully your credit card company will realize that you are a liar because of the email correspondence between us that I sent, where you thank me and act like you dont have a clue why this is happening.

What happened was he charged the payment on his father's credit card and didn't tell him, so when the father got the bill he disputed it and paypal paid it back.
Then we tried to negotiate with 08TList but he never answered my PM, and Turbocoop had a hard time communicating with him, and even got a nasty message from 08TList asking why Turbocoop contacted his father. It took several months to finally get the refund.
For all the work I did and the aggravation to Turbocoop, this rating will be allowed.
