This company shouldn't be a site sponsor.
I placed an order on April 28. By May 6, I hadn't received any word on a shipping date. I sent a private message and received a response saying the brake pads would ship out Monday.
On Tuesday, it still said pending on their website. I sent another private message, and received a response that he would look into it and respond the next day.
On Wednesday, I sent three message (one via AcuraZine, one via their website and one via my email address) asking about my order. I also called to leave a voicemail, and called again later in the day. Both times, no one picked up the phone. I also tried to ping them on AIM, but got ignored. I told them both in emails and voicemail that I would cancel the order if I didn't hear from them the next day.
Today (Thursday), I sent another message via their website. No response despite it saying, "We usually reply within minutes during business hours." I called several hours later. Again, no one picked up the phone.
I finally I had resolve the situation by calling my credit card company to have them reverse the charges, which they did.
