Wii's Final Build Washington, Seattle

I was going to wait until the completion of this project, but since it is the begining of Spring 2011, I will just share this with you guys, before the world explodes LOL. It has been a long long long....build, til this day, the car have been undergoing wrenching time, shop time, and overall major work. I would like to say thanks to all the friends that have been involved with this project and it wouldn't be how it is without you guys. And to the special person that have put up with my crap for years...you know who you are :mwink:

Purchased this car in 2002 for 2003 type S model. Had 1 mile on it when I signed the papers and drove it off the lot.

What the car has gone through until now

Nice upgrade for the rear brakes, bigger and should fill up my rear wheel nicely.

Bought a bunch of wiggins clamshell clamps to get welded on my intercooler pipings.

Started on stripping the car down to bare...excuse my fat ass trying to work lol The sunroof was completely removed, getting ready for the DC5R roof skin to show up.

OMFG what was I thinking when I put all this dynamatt in

waiting on more things to come....

My custom brackets for the calipers getting made, hopefully I will be getting them soon...

Brake setup will be 332mm x 32mm rotors 2 piece, Mugen micro mesh brake lines are coming. Endless brake pads on order. I don't know what I should do as of deleting the ABS or relocate it. I know EncoreDC5 makes the kit for relocation, but would it be better off if i keep the ABS or delete the sucker....So brake experts, chime in if you have input please!

Took a couple more pics of how she is sitting right now, waiting and waiting....

I'd remove the ABS, but I basically hate the thing so...

If your brakes are too strong for the grip you might have to keep them.

If you have to push quite a bit to get wheels to lock you can remove it.

Id' say try without before removing the whole abs assembly and if it tends to lock for no reason then buy the kit and keep them in, otherwise remove it all. At this point the weight reduction won't be much so its really for your personal feeling.

I really hate when the abs comes on and would rather have some skid but thats just me.

ah thanks, lol haven't been back to update this. I think it will be fine, I just need to upgrade the rears now. But removing ABS is my goal right now, going to start mapping this stuff out. Need to find out which prop valve to use, I know I would need a non abs honda prop valve. probably going to be a civic lol

Very nice and expensive build. Big props. I probably spend as much as you have on both vehicle build and 1 race season as you have just in the build-up of your car.
