Some interesting notes,
the bumper covers are IMP at the facility (woulda expected perhaps a sub-contractor for that but perhaps it's cheaper to bring that inhouse)
the paint robots now are totally covered in plastic sheeting, I always wondered about why other painting robots were not covered

Thanks for posting. I'm always fascinated to see these modern assembly lines in action. The car looks pretty good too!

Thanks for sharing. It's fascinating to see how cars are built now. The robots are crazy....I would love to spend a few hours at facility where they are making cars

Same here, I'd love to tour and watch all the operations at work. A former colleague worked at Audi with their SAP S/W which was termed "God" in that it ran the whole operation.
The whole lower cradle concept for drivetrain/suspension for uni-bodies has really changed how much simpler it is to assemble cars from Ferrari to minivans.

Perhaps it's changed since Covid, but I believe you formerly were able to sign up for a high level plant tour of the Marysville facility. I was tempted to do it once while there, but didn't have the time. Instead, we just toured the Honda museum there, which itself has some pretty cool cars/motorcycles. They also had demos of a couple of stages of the production process.

I went to Marysville and took the full tour (over an hour in the assembly plant) and it was an awesome experience. I hope to do it again if Honda conducts them in the future.
