I have a 2021 Acura ILX my daughter drives. I hear rattling from the hood and when closing the driver's side door it has a rattle. The dealer said it's the hood rod but it's not the hood rod. I took it to a friend's body shop, he said it's the glue from the inner and outer panel.

Anyone else have this issue?

 

Cant imagine being that much vibration in the car to cause the hood inner and outer to rattle. Those are bonded pretty well. Even if there is clearance gap between an area see if you can place some type of heat foil tape in the gap to stop it. As far as the door, see if you can take apart and check for a loose clip
