2016 ILX A-Spec HDMI Input Location

Hi Folks,

I have a 2016 Acura Ilx A-spec in Canada, and i was trying to get the Navtool kit. But i have notice that it does not have an HDMI input. I looked in the center console, where i found a usb input, an auxiliary input and a 12 V outlet.
Does anyone know if the Canadian version does not ship with the HDMI or it is located somewhere else ?

Thank you

It would have to be mid-range ILX. The one that has the larger upper screen head unit, but does NOT come with factory navigation.
Not sure if its called the same in Canada, but in the US it would be refered as the "Premium" Package, Above Base, but Below the Tech package.

Yes, That is what I understood from Reddit. I initially thought that you had to have at least the premium trim to have, but it is just specific to one. It is the same trims in Canada too. Thank you
Do you have any ideas as to how to use Navtool in this case? Their website is the clearest thing to understand

On your trim, it has no factory navigation. But you can buy a special HDMI cable from Acura and use the AcuraLink app to have navigation on the car's display.

if memory serve... they sell a 'kit' but its nothing more then a bundle of off the shelf stuff. (a standard HDMI cable, Lightning to HDMI adapter, and a USB cable i think)
