Tool for undercarriage cowling removal

Can someone tell me what the tool is for removing the plastic undercarriage "screws"? Thought it might be Torx but no-go.

When I removed the rear cowl for the exhaust work, I bypassed the bit and grabbed a socket. I think it's an 8mm and was able to take them right out... might be worth a try.
