ILX Hybrid - What oil is needed?

I have several dealerships conflicting with what oil I need for my ILX Hybrid...

Park Ave Acura (somewhat high volume dealer on NJ/NY border where I bought my car) said that they use the regular 5W_20, and that the full synthetic 0W_20 was optional

Acura of Avon (Where I go for service - low volume dealer in CT) said on my first oil change that its a regular oil change (5W_20), but on my second oil change said it needs full synthetic

As you can see, the two dealers I associate with have conflicting reports on what oil I need. The regular oil changes are around $25 incl. taxes, while the full synthetic oil is around $70 incl taxes. While in the end, I would do not cheap out on what the car needs, I don't want to pay for synthetic if my car doesn't need it. I'm conflicted b/c Park Ave Acura sells many more hybrids than Acura of Avon (far more Acura's in general) so I would assume that they know what they are talking about. However, my family has been bringing our 2008 Honda Accord, 2012 Acura TSX, 2013 Acura TL, and 2013 Acura RDX to Acura of Avon for some time now and developed trust with them. Does anyone have any input with what is required?
