LCD TV Recommendation

I am looking to get an LCD TV (HD ready). I've been to Circuit City and have seen several 26 inchs and a 32 inch go from anywhere from $650-950. Few that I have seen are

Are these fairly good for the price and brand? I don't need anything really good, just a decent one that I can put in my room. I've heard that polaroid just started making TVs about a year ago. Can anyone tell me anything about it, if you own it or know of any good things or bad things about it? From the store, it looked like Polaroid has pretty good picture quality.

of those the Sharp is the best then the Panasonic. Haven't heard enough about Poloroid but I would stay away from the Magnovox. Samsung now also makes very good LCD's.

I just picked up an LG 37" from CC today. I believe Zenith is the manufacturer? I may be wrong but that's what I heard. I've heard only good things from my friends who own panasonic and samsung. Can't really go wrong with those brands.

I've had a 32" Syntax Olevia for almost a year now and it has performed flawlessly.
