Exclamation I'm in the market for a new couch/love seat/chairs

I can't find a good place that has inbetween prices. It's either too cheap or too expensive. I'm looking for european design.

Not the American crap that is oversized for fat people. But small, awesome to look at, and forgiving when sitting down.

Any help is appreciated.

I'm interested in the answers to this, as well. I love Ekornes, but they fall into that "too expensive" category (at least for me).

Where is yumster's when you need him?!

ah hem...love seat - smaller than a couch, but not called a couch. Fits two people at the most. 3-4 midgets if you are counting small people.

I've been happy with the furiture I got from American Signature! Cheaper than most chain stores and great products! I got some stuff from Rooms To Go and Kanes and both weren't too great. Kanes I returned and Rooms To Go lasted only about 2 years with everyday use.

That being said...try Sears Home. They have a decent brand: Natuzzi. Give that a try...good quality and good look.

Another brand (not sure if it is available down there) is Palliser. Hope it works out, Herr Senior!

Natuzzi's been around forever...most lines have nice styling. They're at Sears now? Palliser is available here; mostly via the web, but some brick and mortars do carry it.

^ Ah...good to know.

Palliser's more "modern" offspring is EQ3...which also makes some pretty nice looking and decent quality furniture.

Check those out.

I have a giant square ottoman which I use as a coffee table in my living room by them...called, the "Morten" if I'm not mistaken. That trim also has sofas and seats...
