Extend home theater to multiple rooms? Wireless speakers?

Extend home theater to multiple rooms? Wireless speakers?
I have a home theater setup in my living room (7.1, receiver, etc).

I'm having a house party and I'd be interested in having the same music playing in multiple rooms in the home (the basement, outside, etc).

I've got the music on an ipod. I can connect that to my receiver.

Any suggestions on how to proceed. Should I buy wireless speakers for the other rooms and something to convert the receiver output to send the wireless speaker?

Any suggestions?

Sonos, Airport Express, Squeezebox. Actual "wireless" speakers suck.

wireless speakers can cut out if someone walks in front of it and they get static and cut out on their own.

You could pay a bit more then market value and I can make it happen seamlessly. I could use a vacation up in Boston
