Any DishNetwork People out there?

Any DishNetwork people out there? Just want to get some input on how you like it? Any probelms? I am looking at all of my options.I also need to get hooked up with the computer.I am in NJ.Comcast is the cable provider in my area. I would need HD television service along with a hook up for my computer, and that totals out to be over $100 a month. If I go with DirectTV or DishNetwork,I would look into getting DSL from Verizon for the computer. If FIOS was avalable in my area, that is what I would be getting, but it is not available yet here. The thing I like about DishNetwork is that it has the most HD channels available.

My parents have it and like it. THey don't have HD though...
They have the deal where they have two boxes for four tv's (each box runs to two sets), which has not been the most reliable setup. They have some issues with the remote being able to control the box in the other room- a major no-no for me. They don't seem to mind so much though...
I have Direct and have had it for 5 years now and love it- excellent customer service and the NFL package- 'nuff said for me!

My parents have DishNetwork HD. It's pretty good. They like it, and a decent amount of it is in 1080i. Remember that you need to buy the equipment from Dish.

I've had Dish with my brother in our first house....he still has it. Had one of the amplifiers on the satellite go out, but we were out of warranty (probably 3 years in)....but we complained and said that we would just cancel and sign up with DirecTV and they came out and replaced it. It didnt' matter who we were gonna go with, just didn't want to pay to have it replaced.

I'm thinking of getting it at my new house, with HD service. I believe all the HD receivers and stuff would be free as long as you sign up for an 18-month contract. Not a big deal in my opinion. Also, the 2 room receivers are kind of neat since you can save $5 a month.

We have Dish (reguler, not HD) and like it. Have had no problems. One thing, though, is that the signal really deteriorates (and sometimes goes out alltogether) during heavy rainstorms.
