Regardless, resolve the cable management issue and you're good to go. A simple wire loom should do the trick.

Yep I used the router plenty on this project..

I'm afraid it's more then a wire loom.. There's soo many wires hidden on the left of the computer tower..

Looks GREAT! I was going to suggest the plastic cable run stuff if you weren't going to punch into the wall. Great choice! I can't wait to have a place of my own to "spiffy up".
