so I took some water to them over my lunch....and ironically they were having lunch....so the timing was perfect....the smile on their faces was just priceless....
I asked them if they drank beer and am thinking will take a 18pack'er' for them on Friday evening-ish....
anyway some updates:
Day 14 - 08/14/12 - Basement floor and Garage - Concrete-'d'
So its been 2 weeks since they started building the house....It was barren land just 2 weeks back....and this is how she sits right now
wifey got a little paranoid so I blocked off the street intersection details LOL....i hope none of your browsers cache

If you want full access to everything, youll need a 2 post lift.
But the scissor jack gives you plenty of room to work on everything you really need to. Paul has one just like the one pictured and even uses it when building exhausts.
Plus, you can lift it up all the way and put a board or something on it and have a big table to work on. You could also cut out an appropriately sized hole in the garage floor and since the lift into it, so it wont get in the way when not in use.

not sure if I will be able to get this or when I will be able to get this....so please dont keep your hopes that high....I am thinking of becoming a part time mechanic....if that goes well then yes this will all be in the near future....if not then just for my car + wifeys car am not gonna buy a lift LOL....
EDIT: Morgan, how does Paul work on an exhaust with that scissor lift? damn, man got skills....

I know where you live Anil
Looks awesome, it's gonna be fun watching it be built. You may regret making that Nat'l meet offer, though. What will your neighbors think when 50+ Acuras pull up to your house?
Some people say I have a brown name.
