I'm looking to move to south florida. Anywhere in Miami and maybe ft. lauderdale or homestead. Where are some good areas to live at exactly. My first choice is a home then condo. Good neighborhood. Any recommendations?

Party sometimes, but mostly laid back. Well, a must is the beach. So no 1 hour drive. Movie theaters, malls, nightclubs (which I know already) or restaurants (not too much, just a few), supermarkets, cvs, etc. within range. Nice neighborhood. I'm always down to discover new things. I've been to miami so many times and once to ft. lauderdale for vacation so I've got to known a few areas. But living wise not so much.

I've been to my families friends house back in 98' but not sure where it was at. 1 story house. Seemed like a nice neighborhood.
