Soundproofing from the upstairs neighbors??

We live in a fairly new "stacked terrace home" unit on the lower two floors. The lady above us, as nice (and hot!) as she is, has 2 young kids that run around all the time. Our 6 week old baby has been woken up on numerous occasions, and I've tried reasoning with the lady - and can see where we're both coming from.

Anyhow, I was looking into getting some kind of soundproofing done between our ceiling, and her floor. Preferrably without entry into her unit (so it'd have to be done from our unit).

Is there anything I can do myself to do this -- I was thinking some kind of spray-foam into the areas betyween the ceiling joists. The ceiling isn't that large, and the only area that needs it is the space between her kitchen, and my living room (really poor design that we never even thought of when we purchased the place). Probably about 150-200 square feet of ceiling area.

Any ideas? Anything to look for in the Yellow Pages?

Thanks,
Eric

Find an insulation company that does expandable foam. Or use acoustic green goo (I'll find the link on the AV forums) and double drywall (use the thicker 5/8" drywall).
