I think I might go for the EP-330. The more time goes on the more expensive this is getting.

I believe the main difference between the E330 and the EP330 is the stainless steel cooking grates, right?

$850 for a grill but I think it'll be worth it.

I got EP-330. Glad I did. It's stainless grates and flavor bars.

I'm going to go with the EP-330. I really want to buy something I can keep for a long time (10+ years) so I don't mind paying a lot initially.

Someone listed a E330 on Craigslist for $575, they won it in something. I'm picking it up for $500 at the end of the week.

PUMPED! I wanted the EP-330 but can't say no at this price. We're talking about a $400 difference after taxes.

The Home Depot had the Ducane 4100 back on sale this Labor Day weekend, so for the VERY fair price of $349.99 (free shipping), I picked up this gem. VERY well built, no unnecessary bells or whistles, and best of all...STAINLESS STEEL GRATES!!! She heats up to 700F in no time at all...I'm looking forward to using this one!

GREAT Grill for the purists at a great price! Would love a Weber, but simply not in the budget...kudos to those with the resources to get one!

Picked up the Weber last night and put it together. Can't wait to try it out! Raining out now, it's sitting in my living room since that's where I assembled it.

Tried out the new Weber this weekend 3 times. Cooked ribeyes, chicken wings, brats and salmon on it so far. One thing I noticed is that I have to re-adjust all my cooking times with this grill, it cooks so much faster than my Brinkmann ever did!

This was for the game yesterday, damn Packers lost.

My old Weber Genesis is finally giving up the ghost. It's been sitting out on the deck for 14 years, most of that exposed to the elements, and just isn't right anymore. Trouble lighting, cross-fire ignition taking too long to heat the adjacent burners (don't need a huge gas flare thank you) and very uneven heating. The bottom half of the grill is distorted from heat and is close to rusting out in a few places.

I'll be replacing it with a new Genesis S-310 this weekend. Hope I get as many years of service from this one. I have the grill hooked up to the house gas, and kind of wish the new models could be bolted in place like the old one but I'm sure I'll get use to having it on casters.

Mike, I would see if you could remove the casters and put bolts in place to permanently mount it.

I'd like a smoker like the Big Green egg... just expensive as crap for the amount of times I'd use it. I'd come out cheaper to go to Outback something.

I'll take a look at it to see what can be done.

So far I'm loving my Weber, now lets see how long she lasts.
Well, I had to replace my regulator today. I went to use my grill last night and the regulator was leaking gas. I've never had a regulator go bad on any of my past BBQ's. Just outside the 2 year warranty on that piece too. $18 later and it's working fine again.

Also, I need to give the whole thing a good cleaning. Does anybody ever occasionally do a good spring cleaning on the inside of their grill's? If so, what do you use? I'm thinking pressure washer.
Ideas........

Pressure washer plus several soaks in Easy Off to dissolve the fatty acid deposits. Pressure washer works ok enough on its own merits, but the EO is a much more synergistic punch.

I ran with a cheap little new braunfels offset smoker for years. I believe it was between $80 and $100 and I really liked it. Got it at academy
