Moving Into A Newly Purchased House *PICS*
My older brother and his wife are buying this house, and I am renting out the basement.
Counting the finished basement, it is 3600 square feet (I think) with 5 beds, 4.5 baths sitting on 6 acres.
Final price was $250,000, which includes all the appliances, the current owner paying for two new deck replacements, a new electrical panel replacement, and a few other repairs.
We are moving in on August 28th. Tell me what you think
One of the decks being replaced. We are also adding a flight of stairs.
Deck off of the master, which is also being replaced.

Standing in the kitchen facing the front door, basement door on the left, garage on right.

My bedroom, which the current owner is using as an office.
Looking out from the bedroom door.
The best part is it's only about a mile from the house where we grew up and where my parents currently live. It also borders my families property, and it's about 300 yards from my grandparents house

It must be nice to live in the middle of nowhere and pay $250K for a nice sized house...btw. where do you live? I know you can't get a house like that in Massachusetts for that price...not even close.
One more thing...that's awesome for your bro!

The very northern tip of Kentucky. The eastern half of the county is developed, the western half is all farm land.
My Dad's farm is about 365 acres, which borders the very back edge of this property. So if you really think about it, it's a house with 371 acres.

Yeah, I forgot to exit out of my bestiality folder
No, the current owner had a picture of his family (including his two hot 18 year old daughters ) as a screen saver and I didn't think you guys deserved to see them

Nice. My parents old house had a nice steep backyard and the few times it did snow in GA it was a lot of fun going down the hill, but it was hard to avoid the trees

Yeah, and my drive is only about 30-40 minutes to Cincinnati on a bad traffic day...
