I travel to Cinci quite often for business and have some friends there. Given your age, I'd suggest you look for a place on Mt. Adams or Hyde Park.

I live right across the river in Kentucky and I've always liked Cincinnati. Traffic can be kind of bad on I-75 during rush hour but it's not all that bad. I think you could probably get a nice place over here in KY for cheaper than you could in Ohio, but I'm not sure.

If your looking for bars and nightlife, Cincinnati isn't all that great but across the river in Covington and Newport there is all kinds of stuff. With both of them you'll definitely stay busy.

If your thinking of a place where Python said, Indian Hill is like the most expensive place around, so don't base everything on that. I don't really know much more about housing around there, sorry...
