If anyone is debating as to what KItchen and/or bathroom faucets and fixtures to get, I would recommend KOHLER in a Nano-Second based on my experiences of late.

Circa September 2023, Our Kohler Kitchen faucet failing - something with the two handle Mixing valve. I contacted Kohler CS via Email. They returned the emails and phone calls. In long story, I will FF to weeks later. The Initial calls to CS did not reveal that the faucets are Life Time Guaranteed. The original contacted Cs agent had me send them Pics of the parts that failed (a Plumber had to take out the Faucet for examination which included removing the Sink out of the built in Counter top. They did Not make that faucet anymore. They directed me to an EBay reseller who had the parts needed. I ordered them, with the specific instructions that there was a 30 Day return policy. Well that part did not have the proper fitment. So now I was engaged with a different CS Agent who had a SPVR respond. She told me that the Faucet had a Life Time Guarantee - I had No Idea. She said..." Pick one form our catalogue for a max $$$ of $850, the equivalent value from 28 years before!! It was 28 years old ! I was a "stunned" and reiterated what she just told me... She told me to a Kohler Supplier. We did just that within a week, we were able to pick up the new faucet and days later it was installed. The Plumbher / Handyman had taken the sink out 2 X already - for the initial removal, then re-installed the new parts form Ebay which didn't work, and then re-installed the new Kohler Faucet whci was to our liking - but different from what we had. Kohler paid the Invoice to the Supplier directly - who BTW, new all about their Life Time Guaranties ! That made the process even easier.

That new faucet has a separate Dishwashing liquid pump dispenser which fills one of the holes in the sink. Yesterday we (the wife and I ) hear this Clunk in the Kitchen. We looked all over in the cabinets etc. What The Hell was That? Then later my wifes look under the Kitchen Cabinet sink and sees the Plastic Dispenser bottle which attaches under the sink with Plastic washers and fasteners. The Dispenser Bottle's Neck just separate from the Bottle ??? The Clunk sound was solved. Here's the big Kudos. This morning I sent an email to Kohler's CS Support , with the Model Number and date purchased, and the notation of what just happened. Within an HOUR, they emailed me that a new Dispenser Bottle was ordered and will be shipped out by the 22nd of July!! No squabbling, or hassling... Fantastic Service deserving Major KUDOS!! I have never come across Customer Service to level. (Schiit Audio was very good as well = that's a different success story).
